Operator

boaters in NJ must have a Boating Safety Certificate NJ
residents must have a NJ Boating Certificate and driver license endorsement
for non-tidal waters. Non residents may have USCGA, USPS or other approved
certificate |
Boaters
10-17 and PWC operators must have a Boating Safety Certificate. NYS,
USCGA, USPS and other state certificates are acceptable |
CT
residents and boaters more than 60 days year must have a Ct Certificate. Non-residents do not need a
certificate. All
PWC operators must have a Ct Certificate of Personal Water Craft Operation
from the CT DEP |
